Like new trailer that has been modified to have heat/air conditioning Can run off a generator or plug otni a regular outlet. Would be great for exotics, hunters or hunting and horse activities. Used only three times for my tamarins and dogs. Pulls easily. Has a front dressing or storage compartment. Lockable Windows electrical outlets and fans. Never had a horse in it. Rubber perfect
