  Would I be able to put a deposit down for him and pick him up in July? Ideally, I'm looking to adopt/purchase one that will be ready mid-late July. The reason being, is I am moving July 15th, and I think it would be better for me and less stressful for the animal to only go to one place instead of having to go through the move with me. Also, I'm worried that the house I'm currently in will not stay cool enough. But I'm certain that there won't be any issues like this in the house I'm moving to in July.
